1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record. 2. The applicant seeks enlargement on bail in FIR No.403 of 2025, under Sections 87, 64(1) of BNS, Police Station Tandiyawan, District Hardoi. 3. In terms of the FIR, it was alleged that the daughter of the informant aged about 21 was enticed by the applicant. The medical report does not corroborate or demonstrate any injury whatsoever. 4. Learned A.G.A. vehemently opposed the bail prayer. 5. Considering the huge variance in the statements of the victim and the medical report not corroborating the allegations and the fact that the applicant has no criminal antecedents and is languishing in jail since 20.09.2025, I am of the view that the applicant is entitled to be released on bail. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed. 6. Let the applicant Pranshu @ Pranshul be released on bail in the Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Neeraj Sahu Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
