Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The accused-applicants seek bail in FIR/Case Crime No.99 of 2025 under sections 103(1), 352, 351(3) BNS, P.S. Kaudiya, District Gonda. 3. It is argued that the co-accused with similar allegations was enlarged on bail by this court vide order dated 27.11.2025 passed in Bail Application No.9136 of 2025. 4. Considering and adopting the same reasoning as contained in the said order, the applicants who are in custody since 18.11.2025 and the criminal history has been duly explained, they are entitled to bail. Thus the bail application is allowed. 5. Let the applicants Bharat Singh and Kamal Bahadur Singh be released on bail in aforesaid FIR/Case Crime Number subject to their furnishing a personal bond and two reliable sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned with the following conditions: (a) The applicants shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings; Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Vijayendra Prakash Tripathi, Rajesh Kumar Singh Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
