The petitioner was appointed as BT Assistant on 08.11.1995 in the third respondent school. While being so, the petitioner was served with charge memo and the petitioner submitted explanation. However, without being satisfied with the explanation submitted by the petitioner, enquiry was ordered and enquiry report was submitted. 3. On instruction, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 & 2 submitted that already the reqeust made by the petitioner was rejected in the year 2018 itself. Thereafter, the petitioner has not made any representation. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to submit fresh representation in accordance with law.
