Roy, Advocate For the Resp.-State : Mr. Rohit, AC to AAG-I ----- 06/13.02.2025 The instant writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction upon the concerned respondents to stop the renovation work of pond situated over the lands appertaining to Khata no.17, plot Nos.293 & 294 measuring an area of 9 decimals & 3.80 acres respectively, villlage Bradhdhran, Anchal-Tisri, Dist.-Giridih which, according to the petitioners, belong to them. Further prayer has been made to direct the concerned respondents not to disturb the possession of the petitioners as well as not to make any construction work over the said land. 2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the nature of the prayer made in the writ petition, without entering into merit of the case, the petitioners are given liberty to prefer a fresh representation in this regard along with relevant documents before the respondent No.2- The Deputy Commissioner, Giridih. On receipt of the said representation, the respondent No.2 after verifying the relevant records and on providing due opportunity of hearing to the petitioners/their representatives, shall take an appropriate informed decision in accordance with law within three weeks from the date of filing of the representation. 3.
