2 For Petitioner : None For Respondent-State : Mr. Shreyansh Mehta, Panel Lawyer Hon’ble Shri Amitendra Kishore Prasad, Judge Order on Board 02.05.2025 1 None appears nor is any representation made on behalf of the petitioner to press this petition when the case is called out. 2 Mr. Shreyansh Mehta, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for the State, is present. 3 The petitioner has filed this petition with the following relief(s):-
“10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ setting aside or impugned show cause notice dated 13.08.2021 (Annexure P/3), in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the respondent to separate the petitioner from the any enquiry, in the interest of justice.
10.3 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem and proper in the present circumstances of the case.” 4 From perusal of the prayers and pleadings made in the writ petition, it seems that the instant petition has been filed
3 challenging the show-cause notice dated 13.08.2021, which cannot be entertained by this Court in a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 5 In that view of the matter, instant petition is dismissed as not maintainable. However, the petitioner is at liberty to take recourse to law before the appropriate forum. Sd/-
