The short issue calls for consideration is that despite shortlisting the petitioner in the final select list dated 06.12.2024, prepared on merits, for the post of Nursing Officer in EWS Female Category pursuant to recruitment-2023, her appointment has been withheld on account of pending re-verification of her experience certificate dated 30.05.2023 and 27.12.2022 (Ann.3). 3. Learned Additional Government Counsel appearing on behalf of respondents, undertakes to verify the experience certificate of petitioner within a period of four weeks from today and [2025:RJ-JP:26399] (2 of 2) [CW-8820/2025] accordingly, to consider the candidature of petitioner for grant of appointment, if found otherwise eligible. 4. In view of above, instant writ petition is disposed of with direction to Nodal Officer (Recruitment) and Joint Director, Medical and Health Department, to get re-verify the experience certificate of petitioner positively within a period of four weeks and if the experience certificate stands verified and petitioner is held entitled for the bonus marks, her candidature be forwarded for grant of appointment in her category. 5.
