It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the detenue is petitioner's uncle, who has been illegally detained by opposite party nos.4 and 5. 3. Learned AGA has produced before this Court the written instructions sent by Sub Inspector, Police Station Amethi, District Amethi dated 19.12.2025, wherein it is stated that the uncle of the petitioner is residing with his family out of his own sweet will. The said instruction is taken on record. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, nothing survives in this petition. It is accordingly dismissed.
