Case No. 135 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 3(5) 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is involved in a cyber crime. He is a mule. The petitioner has given his account for the use of cyber fraud. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. He is in custody since 26.09.2024. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. 6. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a cyber Patna High Court CR. MISC.
