The petitioner is an accused in connection with Amrapara P.S. Case No. 17 of 2021. 3. The mother of the informant was murdered and suspicion was cast upon the petitioner. 4. Although it has been submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that several co-accused persons have been granted bail and the petitioner has been implicated merely on suspicion but regard being had to the fact that the case is at the stage of argument, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
