Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Anandpur P.S. Case No. 03 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1)/238 /61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Chakradharpur (Chaibasa). On 26.01.2025, dead body of an unknown person was found lying near bridge at Koyal river in Jorobadi. During the course of investigation, one Manoj Bodra was apprehended and on his confession the name of the petitioner has transpired. Mr. Anjani Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that co-accused persons have already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court and the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Chakradharpur (Chaibasa), in connection with Anandpur P.S.
