Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner and also heard Mr. K.K. Baishya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, whereby the petitioner, namely, Dewan Hanif Ali, has Page No.# 2/3 prayed for granting pre-arrest bail, apprehending arrest in connection with Patacharkuchi P.S. Case No. 129/2025, under Section 61(2)/103(1) of the BNS, 2023. 3. The allegation is about assaulted upon father of the informant with weapon resulting in injury and subsequent death. 4. The case arose out of an FIR dated 27.06.2025, wherein the aforesaid allegations were made. Eight persons were named in the FIR including the present petitioner. An earlier bail petition was rejected by this Court on 22.08.2025 in AB No. 1926/2025. 5. The learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to another FIR dated 30.06.2025 lodged by the Shahjahan Ali against one Dewan Farhad Ali making allegations with regard to another connected incident. In this context it is submitted that the said informant, who was supposedly at the place of occurrence has not named in the petition, i.e. FIR. 6. The up to date case diary has been received. 7. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that as per the investigation the materials, adverse in nature have been found against the present petitioner as well and the FIR name accused persons found to be present at the place of occurrence and investigation has also found that after the incident these accused persons fled away in motor cycle. 8. In given facts and circumstances, I do not find sufficient new grounds in this subsequent petition. 9. Accordingly, this subsequent pre-arrest bail also stands rejected at this Page No.# 3/3 stage. 10. Return the case diary. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
