Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that, based on the complaint given by the petitioner against her son, an enquiry was conducted in C.No.186/NGT/2025 and finding that the dispute between the parties was civil in nature, the complaint was closed on 13.10.2025 and the parties were directed to approach the civil Court. 3.
