Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondents no.1 to 3, and Sri Nirmal Kumar holding brief of Sri Praveen Kumar Pandey, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.4. 2. Instant petition has been filed praying for quashing of the first information report dated 24.07.2025 bearing no.0039, under Sections 74, 351(2), 352, 115(2) and 85 of B.N.S., lodged at Police Station Mahila Thana, District Unnao. 3. Upon filing of the petition, it was contended that the petitioners and respondent no.4 have entered into a compromise vide the compromise deed dated 04.08.2025, a copy of which is Annexure-2 to the petition. 4. This Court vide order dated 25.08.2025 had required the compromise deed to be placed before the learned Senior Registrar of this Court for verification of the said compromise. 5. In pursuance to the order of this Court dated 25.08.2025 the Senior Registrar of this Court vide his report dated 03.09.2025 has verified the compromise between the petitioners and respondent no.4. 6. As per the said compromise, the petitioners and respondent no.4 have agreed to end the dispute between themselves amicably. 7. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is allowed and the FIR Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Amit Kumar Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A., Praveen Kumar Pandey Karan And Others .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Lko. And Others .....Respondent(s) bearing no.0039, under Sections 74, 351(2), 352, 115(2) and 85 of B.N.S., lodged at Police Station Mahila Thana, District Unnao, is quashed. 8. Consequences to follow.
