Vide order dated 27.03.2025, bail application filed under section 438 Cr.PC on behalf of the petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn. However, petitioner was given liberty to surrender before the trial court on or before 15.04.2025 and move a regular bail application. The trial court was also requested to consider and decide it on the very same day in accordance with law. For the reasons mentioned in the application, same is allowed.
