Samantray, Advocate Hon’ble Shri Justice Rakesh Mohan Pandey Judgment On Board 01-04-2025 1) Earlier on 25.07.2018, two weeks’ time was granted to the petitioner to file paper-book but till date, that order has not been complied with. 2) Petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief(s):- (i) This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ directing the respondents to produce all the relevant records pertaining to Digitally signed by AJINKYA PANSARE Date: 2025.04.01 14:34:17 +0530 2 the case of petitioner, if the Hon’ble Court may so desire. (ii) This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned show cause notice dated 26/10/2013 (Annexure P-1) be quashed and all other proceedings connected there to be quashed. (iii) Issue any other order or orders, writ or writs, direction or direction as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case in favor of the petitioners, in the interest of justice. (iv) Cost of the petition may be allowed. 3) It appears that petitioner has filed this petition against the show-cause notice issued by the Chhattisgarh Lok Aayog i.e. respondent No. 2 dated 26.10.2013 whereby petitioner was granted liberty to appear before the authority concerned on 04.12.2013 and he was also afforded an opportunity of personal hearing. 4) Perusal of the writ petition would indicate that petitioner has filed reply to the show-cause notice and matter is pending consideration before the Commission. 5) Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has filed this petition against the show-cause notice dated 26.10.2013 and reply has already been filed, in the opinion of this Court, no case is made out for interference with the show-cause notice (Annexure P/1). 6) Consequently, this petition fails and is hereby dismissed.
