Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. This Habeas Corpus petition has been filed seeking following main relief(s) :- "(A) ISSUE a Writ, order or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing the O.P. No. 1 to 3 to produce the corpus of the detenue who is in illegal custody of the O. P. No. 4, and hand over the corpus of detenue to the deponent who is husband of the detenue, in the interest of justice." 3. Learned A.G.A., at the very outset, based upon the instructions received which is taken on record, submitted that the custody of the detenue has already been given to the petitioner-Arvind Kumar by opposite party No.4-Rajaram Yadav and thus, no adjudication in the matter is required. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the detenue Shivani Yadav is with Arvind Kumar and both are present before this Court. 5. In view of the aforesaid, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the matter. 6. Accordingly, the matter is consigned to record.
