Mr. Nimish Gupta, Advocate, for applicants/respondents. CMP No. 18375 of 2025 Heard counsel for the parties. Perused the application. The appeal in the case at hand was decided by the Coordinate Bench of this Court on 19.6.2015. During the pendency of the appeal, the present applicant/respondent No.3 was being sued therein through her father being natural guardian as since at that particular point of time, the application/respondent No.3 was a minor. From a perusal of the documents appended alongwith the present application, it is evident that the present applicant/respondent No.3 has attained the age of majority. In view thereof, the father of applicant/respondent No.3 is discharged from acting as a natural guardian. Henceforth the applicant/respondent No.3 is entitled to pursue remedies in pursuance to judgment dated 19.6.2015, as now she is entitled to protect her interest in her own capacity. Power of attorney on her behalf stands filed. Application stands disposed of. CMP No. 18376 of 2025 No reply is intended to be filed on behalf of the non- applicants. Non-applicants have no objections, if in case, the application is allowed and the amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court alongwith interest accrued thereupon, is ordered to be released in favour of applicants/respondents No. 1 to 3. Appeal in the case at hand was decided on 19.6.2015. No further proceedings are pending adjudication before the Apex Court. Other than the aforesaid, for the reasons stated in the application, amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court alongwith interest accrued thereupon, is ordered to be released in favour of applicants/respondents No. 1 to 3 in terms of 1/3rd shares delineated in para 5 of the application. The amount be remitted to their bank accounts alongwith interest accrued thereupon, details whereof have been given in para 5 of the application subject to proper verification of their identities.
