Case No. 91 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(b), 22(b), 23(b), 29 of the NDPS Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 16.640 Kg of Ganja. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2024. 5. Considering the huge quantity of recovery of Ganja, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.
