The petitioner is an accused in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 29/2025. 3. The petitioner and several other accused persons were apprehended by the police and from their possession, several incriminating articles were recovered. The petitioner was suspected to be involved in cyber crime. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 29.03.2025. 5. Learned Spl. P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner but has not disputed the aforesaid submission. 6. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees The Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Dumka in connection with Ramgarh P.S.
