At the very outset, learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the instant revision has become infructuous as the respondents have attained majority, as such they are not entitled for any maintenance amount from the appellant, as a result of which, the instant appeal (FAM No. 80/2015) has also become infructuous 2. In view of above submission as made by counsel for the appellant, the instant revision as well as instant appeal has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as having become infructuous.
