The present application under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed seeking quashing of the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No.61 of 2024, x complainant Vs. Narendra Singh Yadav and others, arising out of Case Crime No.18 of 2024, under Sections 363, 376D, 328, 323 and 506 IPC, Section 5/6 POCSO Act and Section 66E of Information Technology Act, Police Station Naveen Modern Police Station, District Shrawasti as well as the order dated 27.08.2024 passed by the Additional Session Judge/Special Judge, POSO Act, Shrawasti. 3. Since the connected case i.e. Application U/s 482 No.2424 of 2025 has been rejected by this Court vide a detailed order of date passed today, this application is also rejected in view of the reasons recorded in the aforesaid connected case. .
