JUSTICE AMBUJ NATH -------- For the Petitioner(s) : Mr. Vishal Kumar Rai, Advocate For the State : Mrs. Bandana Sinha, A.P. P. -------- 02/ Dated 29.07.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Khunti P.S. Case No. 113 of 2025, for the offence under Section 304(2) of B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of Sri Arjun Saw, learned C.J.M., Khunti. On 01.04.2025, the informant was conversing with his friend near niche chowk where two unknown persons had snatched away his mobile phone. It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from his possession. Learned A.P.P on behalf of the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that snatched mobile phone was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that seizure list does not bear his signature. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Arjun Saw, learned C.J.M., Khunti, in connection with Khunti P.S.
