Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties jointly submit that the matter inter se the parties is finally adjudicated and no further proceeding is pending in any Court. Other than the aforesaid, for the reasons stated in the applications, the amount, which is lying deposited with the Registry of this Court is ordered to be released in favour of the applicants/respondents No. 1, 4 and 5 respectively along with the proportionate interest accrued thereupon. The amount along with proportionate interest accrued thereupon in terms of their shares be remitted to their respective bank accounts, details whereof have been given in para 6 of the applications, subject to proper verification of their identities.
