During the pendency of this appeal, the appellant has already paid the compromise amount of Rs. 10,000/- and also paid the fine amount awarded by the trial Court i.e. Rs. 25,000/-. 3. In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties as per the compromise, the appellant is hereby acquitted. 4.
