1. At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the
order under contempt has already been complied with on 25.07.2025 and the representation of the petitioner has been decided.
2. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the representation of the petitioner has been decided, though it was belated but in view of the decision taken on his representation, the petitioner does not want to press the present contempt petition further and the same may be disposed of with liberty to avail the remedy ALOK SHARMA Digitally signed by ALOK SHARMA Date: 2025.08.05 11:30:09 +0530
2 available under the law against the order dated 25.07.2025 passed by respondent.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, since the representation of the petitioner has already been decided on 25.07.2025 and petitioner does not want to press the present contempt petition, the present contempt petition is dismissed as not pressed reserving the liberty in favour of the petitioner to take recourse to law, if he aggrieved by the order dated 25.07.2025.
