Mr. Banshi Badan Maity … for the petitioner Mr. Banshi Badan Maity, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is a typographical mistake in the order dated 14th August, 2025 and he prays for correction of the same. On perusal of the order dated 14th August, 2025, it is revealed that in paragraph 3 instead of “The petitioner was a Head Teacher of a Primary School. The petitioner retired from service on 31.01.2006. The first pension payment order was issued on 11.10.2006. Under the ROPA Rules, 2019 there was revision of the pensionary and gratuity amount payable to the petitioner. The revised pension payment order was issued on 08.12.2011 and the arrear pension and gratuity was disbursed on 06.03.2012 in terms of ROPA, 2019.” in the order, it should be read as “The petitioner was a Head Teacher of a Primary School. The petitioner retired from service on 31.01.2006. The first pension payment order was issued on 11.10.2006. Under the ROPA Rules, 2009 there was revision of the pensionary and gratuity amount payable to the petitioner. The revised pension payment order was issued on 08.12.2011 2 and the revised arrear pension and gratuity was disbursed on 06.03.2012 in terms of ROPA, 2009.” The other portion of the order dated 14th August, 2025 shall remain the same.
