The present application u/s 528 of BNSS has been filed with prayer to quash the entire proceedings of Session Trial No. 1856 of 2022 (State v. Narayan and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 141 of 2021, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 323, 504 and 506 of IPC, P.S. Civil Lines, District etawah, as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 5.9.2024, pending in the Court of Additional District and Session Judge, Court 12, Etawah. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a photocopy of the same.
