The petitioner is an accused in connection with Chouparan P.S. Case No. 156/2020. 3. The hotel of the petitioner was searched and 24 k.g. of Doda was recovered. 4. It has been submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the premises belonged to Sukhdeo Dangi and it is alleged that the hotel was taken on rent by the petitioner. Learned Counsel submits that the recovered quantity of Doda is an intermediary quantity and he is in custody since 12.05.2025. 5. Mr. Prabir Chatterjee, learned Spl. P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge-cum- Spl.
