HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW CRIMINAL REVISION No. - 526 of 2011 Court No. - 21 HON'BLE MANJIVE SHUKLA, J.
1. From perusal of the record of this criminal revision, it transpires that the revisionist has challenged the order dated 05.10.2011 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.2, Balrampur in Sessions Trial No.49 of 2010, whereby charges were framed against the revisionist.
2. The order-sheet reveals that there is no interim order operating in this matter. From the last several dates, no one has appeared on behalf of the revisionist.
3. Accordingly, the criminal revision is hereby dismissed for non- prosecution.
4. It is made clear that if the revisionist feels that cause of action still survives, it would remain open for him to file an application for recall of this order.
