This petition has been filed with the following prayers :- "to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no.2 to decide the petitioner's rectification application dated 27.06.2025 duly received in the office of opposite party no.2 on 06.08.2025, within a stipulated time frame, for rectification of the Recovery certificate dated 01.01.2024, bearing No.20/UP RERA/ Recovery/2023-24, for a sum of Rs.38,52, 802/- (Rupees Thirty Eight Lakh Fifty Two Thousand Eight Hundred Two only)." We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel who appears on behalf of State - respondents. Shri Shobhit Mohan Shukla, learned counsel appears on behalf of respondent no.2. In view of the order proposed to be passed issuance of notice to respondents no.4 and 5 is dispensed with. The innocuous prayer made in this petition is to issue a direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no.2 to decide the petitioner's rectification application dated 27.06.2025 duly received in the office of opposite party no.2 on 06.8.2025.
