Petitioner is serving as Medical Officer In-charge at Civil Hospital Kihar, District Chamba, stated to be a difficult rural/sub cadre area. Petitioner’s case is that he is serving at the aforesaid place ever since 19.12.2019. On account of certain adverse family circumstances and on completion of much more than the normal tenure at the aforesaid difficult area, he preferred a representation on 21.05.2025 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No.1/Competent Authority seeking his transfer to a station of his choice, -2- however, the aforesaid representation has not been decided till date. 3. Looking to the nature of the grievance raised in this writ petition, it would in the interest of justice to direct Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation dated 21.05.2025 (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable policy within a period of three weeks from today. Ordered accordingly. The order so passed be also communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
