Petitioner has made the following prayer in the petition: “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this CRMP and may kindly be pleased to quash the FIR No.300/2012 registered in Police Station Baikunthpur and also may kindly be pleased to quash the criminal proceeding against the applicant initiated in Crmp 649 of 2021 2 Criminal Case No.122/2019 “State of Chhattisgarh Vs Peer Mohammad and others pending before court of Judicial Magistrate First Class Baikunthpur, District Korea, Chhattisgarh in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset states that he wants to withdraw the petition as the trial is in progress and evidence of the witnesses has already been recorded. 3. In view of above submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner which is not opposed by the learned State counsel, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn without there being any further liberty to the petitioner.
