This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing of impugned FIR dated 16.10.2025 registered as FIR/Case Crime No. 520 of 2025 under Sections 85, 115(2), 351(2), 352, 316(2) of BNS, 2023 and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, 1961 at Police Station-Kotwali City, District Ayodhya. Learned AGA, on the basis of instructions dated 15.11.2025 sent by Ms. Deepali, Sub Inspector, Police Station- Kotwali Nagar District Pratapgarh, states that the investigation has been concluded and the charge sheet has been submitted before the supervisory authority on 28.10.2025, hence, the present petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous leaving it open for the petitioners to pursue other remedies that may be available to them under law.
