Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed Crime No.43 of 2024 against the de-facto complainant who filed case against them. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 2 4. Considering the submissions, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners in the event of their arrest, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioners shall be enlarged on bail in the event of their arrest by furnishing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, along with two sureties for a like sum each, to the satisfaction of the Station House Officer, Tadipathri Town Police Station, Anantapuramu District. 5. With the above condition, the criminal petition is allowed.
