By the present petition, the petitioner prayed that respondent No.1 be held guilty for disobeying the order dated 28.04.2025, passed the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Aurangabad on below Exh.6 in R.C.C. The respondent No.1 has filed additional affidavit on 03.02.2026 and stated that the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class on 28.04.2025, is duly complied and after reinvestigation in the offence in Crime No.240 of 2022, the supplementary charge-sheet has been filed on 29.01.2026. 4. The fact of filing a supplementary charge-sheet after reinvestigation has not been denied by the petitioner; therefore, the contempt petition stands purged, and the respondents have duly complied with the order.
