CMP No. 19322 of 2025 For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and Senior Deputy Accountant General (A&E), Himachal Pradesh, is ordered to be impleaded as party respondent No. 5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary correction in the memo of parties on the basis of amended memo of parties to be filed by counsel representing the petitioner within a period of one week. Application stands disposed of. CWP No. 7991 of 2022 Reply on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 4 as well as rejoinder thereto are on record. Notice. Mr. Tek Ram Sharma, Advocate, appears and accepts service of notice on behalf of respondent No. 5. He states that in given facts and circumstances, no reply is intended to be filed on behalf of respondent No. 5, but as and when pension case of the petitioner is received by the office of Accountant General, steps shall be taken to revise the pay fixation order.
