This application under Section 528 of BNSS has been filed by the petitioner, namely, Nur Islam Sheikh being aggrieved with the order dated 23.06.2025 passed by the learned Special Judge (Additional), Dhubri in Special Case No. 68/2025 whereby non-bailable warrant of arrest was issued against the petitioner. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has never received any summons from the Trial Court and he is ready to co-operate in the trial. The next date of the said case is fixed on 23.09.2025. 4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is ready to appear before the Trial Court on the next date fixed i.e., on 23.09.2025 in Special Case No. 68/2025, this criminal petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the Trial Court on 23.09.2025 in Special Case No. 68/2025. 5. To facilitate his appearance before the said Court, the operation of non- bailable warrant of arrest issued against him by the Trial Court shall remain stayed till that date. 6.
