Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondents no.1 to 3, and Sri Rajesh Kumar Agnihotri, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.4. 2. Instant petition has been filed praying for quashing of the first information report dated 05.08.2025 under Sections 64 (1), 351 (2) of B.N.S., lodged at Police Station Maha Nagar, District Lucknow. Further prayer is for a mandamus commanding the respondent no.3 not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance to the aforesaid FIR. 3. Upon filing of the petition, it was contended that the petitioner and respondent no.4 have entered into a compromise vide the compromise deed dated 08.08.2025, a copy of which is Annexure-2 to the petition. 4. This Court vide order dated 10.09.2025 had required the compromise deed to be placed before the learned Senior Registrar of this Court for verification of the said compromise. 5. In pursuance to the order of this Court dated 10.09.2025 the Senior Registrar of this Court vide his report dated 16.09.2025 has verified the compromise between the petitioner and respondent no.4. 6. As per the said compromise, the petitioner and respondent no.4 have agreed to end the dispute between themselves amicably.
