Heard Sri Bhupendra Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for respondent no.4 and learned AGA. No one appeared on behalf of petitioner no.2 even in the revised call. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for respondent no.4 submitted that corpus and respondent no.4 are present in person before this Court. 3. On being queried, corpus stated that she already married with respondent no.4, namely, Raj Singh Yadav and is living peacefully with her husband. It has has also been apprised by corpus that she alongwith her husband/respondent no.4 has filed Writ C No.2058 of 2025 for seeking protection wherein next has been fixed for 17.03.2025. 4. In view of the statement made by corpus, it is apparent that there is no illegal detention of corpus by her husband/respondent no.4 and as such, the present petition stands dismissed.
