The present petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(ii)Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding thereby commanding and directing the opposite parties to not interfere in peaceful possession of the petitioner and not dispossess the petitioner from the land in question and maintain status-quo, during pendency of the writ petition." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application of the petitioner under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC dated 03.09.2025 is pending before the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), District Raebareli and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously within some short stipulated time. 4.
