Submissions have been made that respondent no. 6 was Gram Pradhan during the period 2017-18, 2020-21 and has embezzled amount to the tune of Rs. 30 lakhs and despite complaints made in this regard, no steps have been taken by the respondents. 3. The instructions have been produced by the respondents, inter alia, indicating that on the compliant made by the petitioner, in his presence inquiry has been conducted and report dated 10.02.2024 has been produced finding that the allegations made are baseless. 4. In view of the above, besides the fact that the petitioner has awoken from the slumber after three years i.e. in the year 2024 after the term of respondent No.6 was over in the year 2021 itself, the very fact that the Inquiry Officer has found no wrong doing, there is no substance in the petition, the same is, therefore, dismissed.
