Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this petition, the petitioners have, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:- “I) That the writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or directions may kindly be issued to respondents No.2 to 4 to get remove the illegal encroachment from Common Passage comprised in 00- 01-98 Hectare comprised in Khatauni No-707 Min and Khasra No- 1303 situated in Up-Mohal Malkada, Patwar Circle- Bhera, Tehsil Amb, District Una (HP) & Land measuring 00-00-68 in Khatouni No. 707 Min Khasra No. 1315 situated in Up-Mohal Malkada, Patwar Circle- Bhera, Tehsil Amb, District Una (HP) 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:29873 ii) That the respondent authorities may be directed to conduct an enquiry and demarcate the public path in accordance with revenue records to prevent future encroachments.” 2. Learned Counsel for the petitioners informed the Court that the encroachments stand removed by the Authority concerned. Learned Counsel appearing for respondents No.5 to 7 submits that the private respondents have exercised their right of appeal against the said act of the Authority. 3. In light of the subsequent developments, as now no order is required to be passed at the end of this Court, these proceedings are closed. 4. The petition stands disposed of.
