Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the complainant and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant involved in Case Crime No.298 of 2023, under Sections 302/34 I.P.C., Police Station - Mailani, District - Kheri. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and he is in jail since 2.9.2023. He further submits that till today trial has not been concluded, therefore, applicant may be enlarged on bail. 4. Learned A.G.A. as well as learned counsel for the complainant oppose the prayer of the applicant and submits that applicant is the main accused, who made injury with axe and eye witness as well as ante mortem injuries have corroborates with the prosecution story. 5. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and going through the contents of the F.I.R. as well as other relevant documents, it is evident that applicant is the main accused and ante mortem injuries corroborates with the prosecution story, therefore, I am of the view that applicant is not entitled for bail. 6.
