With the consent of the parties, application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is being decided. 3.By means of this application, the applicant has prayed to direct the opposite party No.1 to decide the criminal case No.2475 of 2019, Stat vs. Arun Kumar & others arising out of Crime No.0102 of 2018 under Sections 323, 325, 452, 427, 504 & 506 IPC Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Gonda. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant quoting the aforesaid prayer submits that the FIR was lodged in the year 2018 and thereafter the cognizance was taken in the year 2019 and since then the matter is still pending consideration and the applicant is suffering due to delay in conclusion of the trial proceedings. He submits that the interest of justice will subserve if this Hon'ble Court is pleased enough to direct the Court below to conclude the trial proceedings in Case No. 2475 of 2019 within a stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. 5. The counsel appearing for the State has no objection to the contention aforesaid. 6. Considering aforesaid innocuous prayer, the trial court is directed to Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Ganga Prasad Mishra, Mukesh Kumar Shukla Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : Govt. Advocate Smt.
