Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The present application has been preferred seeking following main relief(s):- "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble High Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned order dated 08-09-2025, passed by Session Judge, Sitapur in Criminal Revision No.178/2024 filed by the opposite party no.2 against the petitioners, relating to Police Station- Mahmudabad, District-Sitapur, (Smt. Tarannum Versus Tasawwar and others), in the interest of justice, contained as Annexure No.1 to this petition." 3. On being confronted after taking note of the fact that the order impugned dated 08.09.2025 passed by the Session Judge, Sitapur (in short "trial court") is simplicitor order of remand, learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the present application, without interfering in the impugned order, be disposed of finally with observation that the Magistrate/Court concerned would conclude the proceedings expeditiously without being influenced by any of the observations made in the impugned order of remand dated 08.09.2025.
