Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State counsel for opposite parties. 2. The present petition has been filed seeking the following main relief:- "(1) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no.5 & 6 i.e District Programme Officer, Bahraich, and Child Development Program Officer Tehsil - Mehsi, Block Mehsi Disrict Bahraich to consider and grant promotion to the petitioner from the post of Anganwadi Sahayika to Anganwadi Karyakatri at Anganwadi Centre, Village Chandpaiya, Tehsil Mehsi, Block Mehsi, District Bahraich, strictly in accordance with her seniority, qualification, satisfactory service record, and the Government Order dated 17.12.2025 which is contained as annexure no.2 to this writ petition, in the interest of justice." 3.
