on 01.08.2025. On 15.07.2025 the petitioners filed an application before U.P State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission stating that time of 15 days granted by means of an order dated 27.05.2025 passed by U.P State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission expired on 13.06.2025 but the demand draft could not be submitted within the aforesaid time due to genuine bank and account related delays. The appellant sought to deposit the bank draft on 17.06.2025 but the office declined to receive the same because of delay. On 12.08.2025 the U.P State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission has passed the impugned order stating that although an oral request has been made on behalf of the appellant for depositing the balance amount no written application has been submitted in this regard.
