GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: :: ORDER :: The above writ petition has been filed to declare the action of respondent No.4 in trying to dispossess the petitioner from an extent of Ac.1.10 cents in Sy.No.243-3 of Kodapaganipalli Village, Kothacheruvu Mandal, Sri Sathya Sai District, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Heard Sri N. Ranga Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri G. Divya Theja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appeared for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that an extent of Ac.1.10 cents in Sy.No.243-3 of Kodapaganipalli Village, Kothacheruvu Mandal, Sri Sathya Sai District, was assigned to the petitioner vide D.A.R.Dis:14/1412, dated 30.09.2002 (Ex.P1). The Revenue authorities updated the Record of Rights and mutated the name of the petitioner in SRS,J W.P.No.13413 of 2025 revenue records, and issued a passbook vide Ex.P3. He would also submit that respondent No.4 is trying to dispossess the petitioner without issuing any notice. 4. An interim order was granted on 15.05.2025, and the same is in operation. 5. Sri G. Divya Theja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that respondent No.4 is not interfering with the petitioner’s possession of the property and respondent No.4 will follow the due process of law. 6. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing respondent No.4 not to interfere with an extent of Ac.1.10 cents in Sy.No.243-3 of Kodapaganipalli Village, Kothacheruvu Mandal, Sri Sathya Sai District, without following due process of law. No order as to costs.
