Pandey leasrned Deputy Solicitor General of India. 2. Petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:- " (i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opp. parties i.e. opp.party no.1 to take the necessary and positive action in respect of grievances i.e. compliance of order dated 10.04.2023, of the petitioner, raised in Execution Application No. 225 of 2023, inre O.A.No. 667 of 202, Smt. Firoz Bano Wife of Mohd Yunus Khan (Deceased) v. UOI &ors, under Section 29 R/W S.19 of the Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007 R/W S.12 of Contempt of Courts Act and R/W Order 21 (XXI) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, as contained in annexure no. 1 to this writ petition, expeditiously within the stipulated time as provided by this Hon'ble court, and protect the livelihood of the widow petitioner from the opp.party no. 02 to 06 and their associates in the interest of justice and kindness from the Hon'ble court, in the interest of justice. " 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that inadvertently incorrect pleadings have been made in the petition due to which he requires to file afresh. 4. In view of such submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to petitioner to file afresh.
