The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Rajrappa P.S. Case No.26 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 140(1), 103(1), 238/3(5) of the B.N.S, 2023, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Ramgarh. On 26.01.2025, wife of the informant namely Sangita Devi went missing. On 03.02.2025 her dead body was recovered from Damodar River. Suspicion has been raised against the petitioner and co-accused persons that they might have committed her murder. From the perusal of the impugned order, it appears that after the occurrence, the petitioner was missing from his house and he has also switch off his mobile phone. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Ramgarh, in connection with Rajrappa P.S.
